Joel Bertuzzi – Principal
Prior to forming Briarcliff Management, Joel was a partner at one of the largest privately held multifamily property management companies in the country. Joel was responsible for handling a diverse portfolio of newly acquired non-stabilized properties. He was also responsible for hiring and training new staff, implementing organizational procedures, and developing marketing plans to lease-up and stabilize the assets. Joel had direct management responsibility for over 4,600 apartment units located in FL, IN, NY, MA, GA, and MI.
Jeffrey Gorodensky – Principal
Jeffrey is actively involved in many aspects of the real estate industry through his direct ownership of Briarcliff Management. He has particular expertise in underwriting, financing, and capital structure for multifamily property holdings.
Prior to forming Briarcliff, Jeffrey was a founding member of a regional apartment management company, leading its acquisitions department. He also has 10 years of experience in apartment brokerage as a director of the National Multi Housing Group for Marcus & Millichap, where he was responsible for the sale of apartment properties nationwide.
